Hello
I am looking for the actual torque spec for the front wheel bearings spindle nut. 2011 Ford Ranger 2WD
Please do not reply "tighten until..." Looking for the actual Ford spec.
Thanks

I *believe* it's 12 inch lbs.

Disregard...

From the haynes manual:

1)tighten to 17-25 FT lbs while spinning the rotor around.

2)backoff 1/2 a turn

3) re-tighten to 18-20 INCH POUNDS

That sounds pretty light. Anyone have a Ford service manual.
Just to make sure. - your looking at 2wd spec not 4wd hub spec?

I thought the Ranger went to unit bearings in 98?
