welcome to TRS. On my truck I needed a little bit of lift to fit 33s, I have seen some folks on here get away with just tightening their torsion bars, but me personally I had a 3 inch body lift cranked the torsion bars all the way up and a add a leaf in the rear but the front would still rub if I turned all the way

No. You will need a lift.
With a torsion crank you can fit a narrow 33" like a 33x10.50-15 or 285/75-16. For the common 33x12.50-15 you will need a 3" body lift, also your stock wheels are too narrow and have too much backspace to fit that tire.

Body lift is about $250 plus installation, unless you can do it yourself.
Superlift suspension lift is about $1400 plus installation, unless you can do it yourself.
Those are your choices.

I just got a 3" PA body lift and i was thinking of getting Dick Cepek DC-1 15x8 wheels and putting on some 33x12.5R15 tires on them. Do you think they would fit or would they still rub?
