of bumper will mount and interchange with an 04? I know the valances are different but I can change that too. They guy making my bumper is a tad slow and I want something on there.

Any 98+ are all swappable with any 98+ truck. Bumperbrackets, reinforcements are different throughout the styles(98-00, 01-05) and the 06+ is completely different as it's a small steel bumper that's covered by a bumper cover.

anything 98+ will bolt to a 98+ truck.
