What's up with all the spam intrusions in the Test Forum? Sure getting irritating.

yAH the Urgent Help needed is all posts from last NOV.:D

Well as for the spam in the test forums... we have been battling spam for the last month or two... as they are areported, we try to nuke them. If you see any, report it by clicking on the red and white triangle in the poster's info:

that will send out the alert to all of the Mods and get the cleanup process going.

And for the November part of the urgent help section...

After review of the section, we have decided to close it down. it was originally supposed to be a section where people posted problems that needed to be fixed right away (ie truck was not running and they needed it asap for work or it was their only vehicle etc) and it kind of morphed into a "I have a problem with my radio not working" or other non essential issues. So at this point, the forum is still there, but I believe that it is locked to new posts while we slowly copy posts to the correct sub forum. Eventually we will have them all moved out and will delete the forum altogether.

Hope this helps,

AJ

Thank you. Good to know.

Interestingly enough I have noticed quite a few of even the older ones are getting more helpful posts added to them after being moved to their appropriate subforum.

Not many people look at the date of a post. I get caught out like that often. But I believe it's always good to have new info in an old thread for when people use search for answers.

I do too.

And most of the threads so far are not that terribly old either so it may still help the OP.
