The toenails on my pinky toes keep splitting and it gets quite painfull and sometimes it causes them to bleed, how should I remedy this? Also is there any situation where it would be beneficial to put business assets under an LLC?

Dirtman, try Gorilla Glue on that toenail, and then duct tape it. Then just hop on one foot for a week till it heals.
Since hermit crabs carry their own home around with them, I would imagine they poop in the downstairs bathroom.
