YES they are, it's just their BIRTHDAY we celebrate. technically after 3 or 4 months they're a year old.
Your truck wasn't born the day you got it, but that's when you start counting how long you've had it.
My truck is an 01, so it's 18 yrs old, but I've only had it for 10. I've had my kid for 12 yrs, but she is actually 12yrs and 9months.lol

Having your business assets under an LLC is beneficial in almost every situation. While you as the owner can still move money in and out of the business as you please (assuming you don't have a joint venture LLC) it separates the business's income from your personal income, which is advantageous for tax reasons. It also seperates the business's assets from yours legally, meaning that if you personally are sued the business's assets cannot be taken, and if the business is sued they can't take your house and personal savings, unless both you personally and the business as an entity are listed as defendants.
