What's that Clicking sound?

Whenever I back up and turn the steering wheel to the right, I get a clicking sound. It seems to be coming from the front end but I'm not really sure.
Any Ideas? I'm sure others have seen this.

Maybe!!!

It's pretty much done it since I bought it new in 2005. Far as I can tell it doesn't hurt anything just annoying when I back up. If it were the CV joint wouldn't it also do the same in drive (Forward)?
