what's a good offer?

I've been lookin on cl for rear blocks and stock 4x4 coils, and I've found some parts rangers and they all want me to make an offer.

So my question is what is a reasonable offer for the front coils and the whole rear block set up?, including old u-bolts and leaf spring plate thingys

I was thinkin 40-60 for everything
