What years are compatible with 93?

I have a 93 Ranger xlt with the five speed and the 4.0 v6, 4x4. I need to put a new motor in this rig and I was wondering what years and models ford made that have the same engine?

you can use any block up till the newer ones just have to swap the intake and other things .. for a direct bolt in 92 - 94

Keeping your wiring harness and sensors, and intake and exhaust manifolds
any will work.

But 1993 or 1994 will work better.
