What year radios fit in a 2011?

Just bought a 2011 ranger reg cab, but it only has the AM/FM tuner, No CD player. I definitely need something a bit extra, so would a radio from say an '06 fit? I know they didn't change much over the years, but shopping on ebay is impossible. no buyers wanna guarantee that the radios i'm looking at will fit. Thanks.

you could try craigslist and search other Ford vehicles besides the Ranger. This way you can go look at it with your radio out and test fit

Well upon looking around, aftermarket units at walmart are so much cheaper than I thought they were. I might get one of the sony for $50.
