Like the title says, what year did the 2.3 rangers go from a distributor to coil packs?

It was 1989 when Ford went with eight plug head for the 2.3L.

Thanks, do you know what year the 2.3 went fuel injection? I'm trying to find out what year they were F.I. and had a distributer so I can find a harness.
