Did 04-06 or 07-11 come Rangers pre-wired for cruise control?

Did 04-06 or 07-11 Rangers come pre-wired for cruise control like previous generations? Pre-wired as in the cruise control wiring harness is present in the engine bay.

I did a search but haven't come up with anything.

To my knowledge. No. It was part of a package so it was either completely there or not at all.
