what would be the easiest way

ok so i have a turbo thunderbird that i want to put in my 1996 2.3 mazda 2300.

what can i use off of my stock 2.3? will the head fit? what do i need from the car? will my tranny bolt up or do i need the tranny too? Thanks DAn
