What will fit in a 95 ranger

Hey im lookin for some new seats 60/40 split is what i have, however i was wondering what models will have the same bolting pattern as mine and will fit. let me know what years will fit.

3rd gen ranger buckets, 1st and 2nd gen explorer buckets, etc.

I bolted up APC racers with a semi custom bracket. I have to re-modify the brackets though, as they sit way too high.

I understand Honda Accord seats bolt in pretty easy.

I know you may just want new seats altogether, but the tech article on cutting out the 60/40 center seat worked pretty good for me. If you just cut that center portion out of your original driver's seat then new seat covers will be your only cost. (Sorry, I'm a cheap individual.) I didn't recover mine; I just sewed the upholstery back together and clipped off the extra fabric and no one can tell. Total cost: 0$ Total time: 1 hour after rounding up the tools. Just a suggestion.

Yea, but then what if i need the extra seat later on? Cant put em back. I think ill stick with my 60/40s due to lack of $$

i know 1st+2nd gen dont fit, the brackets are different. if you used your old frame the older seats will work. i used the highly bolstered 92 ranger w/ inflatable. i broke the recliner though(was already broke and put back together crappy) so i had to put my old 60/40 seats back in.

No, you were right. Its just that when you cut the seat you no longer own 60/40s, when you buy a set of buckets you still own 60/40s.

If the guys on here can just tell you what will work that would be great, but I learned to just take a little tape measure to the junkyard with me. (Assuming you are getting seats from there...) It often takes a lot of the guesswork out of 'parts shopping' in the junkyard.

I believ 2003 and older Rangers, 2003 and older Exploders, 94 and older Bronco II, most Mustang, and Escort seats should be able to fit. However you will need to use you stock sliders. ( 4 bolts hold it to the seat so not that hard ) And just bolt your seat tracks to the "new" seats and bolt in.

A good set of buckets from the junk yard should run you about $50 or so.
