Sadly, tire prices have skyrocketed over the past few months it seems.
After running a set of used BFG ATs until they were almost completely bald, I broke down and bought a brand new set of Cooper Discoverer STs 265/75/16
I went with the all terrains because I wanted to get some good hwy miles out of them. Look them up online and check out the tread. It's one of the most aggressive ATs I have seen outside of the BFGs. I gave $580 out the door.
It seems like a bit pricey but considering most cheap chinese made MTs are running in the 650 range (depending on size) I thought I came out OK.
Firestone Destination A/T's. My truck has 17" rims so selection was kinda limited. Quiet for an A/T, 25k on them so far and they're wearing real well, and didn't cost a ton.
Dunlop Mud Claw 32x11.50x15 mnt and bal, 540.00.
They work very well, are reasonably quiet. Rocks , mud , snow , ice, highway and trail riding I am pleased.
