What size??

What size socket fits the 1989 standard cab , dashboard screw/bolt on the top sice next to windshield. ..... i tired 5/16 and it was too big.... please help asap and thanks again guys

go get your socket set and try all the ones smaller than 5/16 (even try metric).

well here is an update ... call me retard or noob but ... i have very limited sockets / socket drivers... only have standard at this time so here is another question that might help me narrow it down ... what metric is between 11/32 (too big) and 1/4 (too small)? thanks ... the bottoms screw/bolts are all t-15's which i have its just those darn top 4 next to the windshield..

Not a retard but noob is ok, got to start sometime!!!!! Give a 7mm at try, should fit fine with no problems.....
