1990 Dodge Dakota - 2wd, V6, Auto, Reg. Cab - My parent's "learn how to drive on" beater. Got it at 177,000 miles, the tranny puked at 190,000, parents got it rebuilt, drove it another 5000 miles till I passed it on to my brother.

1992 Ford Explorer - 4x4, 2-Door, 5-spd - Bought in 2003 with 73,000 miles on it. Now has 178,000 and has been and currently is my DD. I maintain this thing religously and trust it to go anywhere.

1990 Ford Ranger - 2wd, 2.3, Reg. Cab, 5-spd - Bought in 2007 with 227,000 miles on it for $660. Used it to comute to college for a year before I got greedy and put a ~275 horsepower 2.3 turbo engine in it at 250,000 miles and then fixed the body and painted it. Currently has 265,000 miles on it and stays in the garage most of the time. It's fast as **** and I drive it to work when the weather's nice.

1999 Pontiac Bonneville SLE - N/A 3.8, Leather Interior - My parents gave me this one when it had 180,000 on it as payment for me replacing the tranny at 165,000. Now it has 202,000 and it's my Wife's DD. It only gets fixed when it stops driving.

1989 Ford F-150 - 2wd, 4.9L, 4-spd granny, Reg. Cab - Just bought this one last week. Currently working on replacing a fuel tank and then getting it licensed and then maybe some rust repair. Will only be used to haul/tow crap.

I need to learn how to sell vehicles, as well as buy :icon_idea:

1979 Datsun 210 - sold
1989 Ford Probe - blew up the tranny and sold
1980 Ford F100 - sold

1987 Chevy Nova - traded for camper
1985 Ford F150 - junked
1986 Ford F150 - still have it, grandpa bought it brand new
1985 Ford F150 - junked
1987 Dodge Omni - sold
1988 Ford Ranger - sold
1986 Ford Ranger - still have this
1985 Ford Bronco II - junked
1973 Dodge Superior (RV) - still have this
1984 Ford Bronco II - sold
1987 Ford Bronco II - still have this
1997 Chevy Malibu - have this

I am missing a few that I drove a lot and didn't legally own, and a bunch more that I never owned that got parted out and scrapped.

Good thread...

1. 1983 Ford Ranger. 2.L, 4 speed, 2wd - Ugly damn thing. Grey and red and rusted. Bought it for $250 from my uncle. Drove the hell out of that truck. I'm amazed it lasted me as long as it did. Got t-boned at an uncontrolled intersection by an idiot looking for her cellphone. Totalled the truck but she held up great compared to the idiot's '87 Taurus. Great memories of that truck. I miss her.

2. 1973 Dodge Dart Custom. 318 c.i. 3 speed automatic - Evidently "custom" means 4 doors. Forest Green with a lighter shade of green vinyl top. The first Ranger's replacement. Funny thing about it, I mentioned to my ex girlfriend who was in the passenger seat that I was gonna sell the Ranger so that I could buy the Dart. Four seconds later, BAM!!! Thus creating my only rule for riding in my vehicles. THOU SHALT NOT TALK BAD ABOUT THE VEHICLE IN WHICH YOU ARE RIDING/DRIVING. Great car though. Put a lot of miles on that car going down the rodeo road. Great backseat too. :D

3. 1985 Jeep Cherokee Pioneer. I don't remeber anything about the damn thing aside from the godawful gold paint and butterscotch interior. Got it for free. Wouldn't have paid a nickel for it. Just a genuine P.O.S. Tried to trade it to my buddy's ex girlfriend for a case of beer but she never payed up. Damn her. I don't know what she did with the damn thing.

4. 2001 Ford Ranger, 4.0,4x4, Automatic, Black with diamond plate bed rail caps and the toolbox from my first Ranger - Basically eveything is stock. Aftermarket speakers. That's it. My dad bought it in 2006, I believe. He drove it for awhile but didn't find it comfortable so he gave it to my mom to replace her junk heap Intrepid. He went back to his '94 F250 before buying his '03 F350. This spring, my mom finally decided to grant my wish and sell me the Ranger. It was one of the vehicles I learned to drive in. I've always loved it. Truly a great vehicle. Never had single issue with it, aside from the broken tailgate handle. Damn plastic. Runs like a top rain or shine. Plenty of miles logged in it. My fiance loves it.
