I dont recall rusty #1 having that little white thing. Anyone know wtf it does? Or its for? No issues, just curious.

Is there a piece that pulls out that looks like a fuse? If so, it's your "spout". Remove for timing.

Yup, that's the spout.

It is usually tucked up and taped to the main harness along the intake.
