I purchased a 2007 Ford Ranger Sport, 3.0, I found this part is was laying between the front grill and radiator. It was just laying there it was not bolted down and the middle part is rubber and the metal portion framing the rubber middle cannot be bolted down. I know this truck was repair on passenger side due to a wreck. So if anyone can tell me if this even belongs to the truck and if it does what is it?

That is what I refer to as "extra parts".

It kinda looks like a frame dampener used on long-frame super duties to keep frame flex vibrations from being felt in the cab. But your description of where you found it makes that unlikely since those things were huge.

Bigger pics of different angles would be helpful.

Muffler bearing?

Radiator support/dampener?
Can you wiggle the radiator?
