It's a MAP/BP sensor.
 
Yup. If it was a newer model it would be replaced with a DPFE Sensor.
 
Its a DPFE sensor, it has an inlet and outlet. Ford used an earlier version with only 1 hose, called a PFE sensor, that resembled a MAP/BP and worked in a similar fashion.
It senses EGR flow.
