What is this part called??

So, my project Ranger is about to get painted and there is only one more part that I need and I cannot for the life of me figure out what it is!! It is a front end part on the 1993-1997 Rangers. It is a fiberglass piece that holds the turn signals, lights, grille, and the plastic chrome piece under the hood that goes around the lights. I have no clue what this part is called and the junkyard might need to know what it is in order to price it right. Thanks everyone!

im pretty sure they dont have replacement fiberglass header panels anywhere. Any replacement one you buy will be plastic. If you want a fiberglass one like original, it will have to come from a junkyard. Please correct me if im wrong because im in the market for one myself.

Crap. I went to the Pull-A-Part junkyard today. They charged me $55. I was pissed. It wasnn't even the right color anyway

That sea green/blue color panel you have is the same color as the truck too.
