I have a freshly painted pair of stock ford ranger radius arms, is there a order to bolt everything on ? I am looking at it and I am worried that if i bolt the radius arm on to the housing which is sitting on my bench it's not going to bolt on to the truck when I assemble it because the radius arm wont be on the right angle to go where it has to go and the housing might not bolt up to where its got to go and is there any chance i can cause alignment issues down the line, I have installed plenty of front ends but they were complete swaps and I didnt have to touch any of the radius bolts.

just loosely bolt them to the beams so that you can rotate them a little, then bolt the beams to the drop brackets then bolt the radius arms up to their mounts and tighten everything up, then stand back and enjoy a cold one.

You should bolt everything together loosely, set the truck on its own weight and then tighten all bolts to spec...
