What is my engine called?

New to the site and finally got my first 2011 Ranger with the 2.3. I have seen Rangers a few years older in my searching for my truck called a duratec? Just want to know if these are reliable engines and what can I expect for longevity and reliability from my truck? Any help would be great. Thanks

I have seen them go a long ways 200k and others dropped dead at an early age 90k, just depends on the care they get, avoid the oil change chains they dont prime the filters so your engine rattles and wears till the filter gets full witch can take some time to do so, never ever let that engine get hot, they hate it more than the older motors, is it an auto or stick and what cab,
