What is missing here?

Hello everyone, what is missing here?, those wires are hanging on the driver side footwell.

Driver side footwell...could be 3rd party or OEM alarm system...I had one but took it out...still have it somewhere...

More likely though it is the Neutral Safety Switch...goes on the clutch pedal...if automatic it may not be needed or you can jumper two of the wires...can't remember what two but I found a fix for it on my 96 online...

Let me know if it fits your clutch master...if not I can probably find the link for you...

It might help if you included the rest of the black box you are holding by posting another picture as both white connectors are part of the same harness.
Those are not familiar as FoMoCo factory connectors. The do not seem(as far as I have seen) to use flat connectors of that style, at least in underdash wiring. Even the radio/tape/etc connectors are 'different' from that style. I would expect they are from an aftermarket product, such as cruise, remote start, alarm, or even entertainment system.

I found an alarm system flashing light on the dashboard, it is not working, the truck doesn't have an alarm system, so I assume it was left there by a previous owner.

Yeah, that is some sort of aftermarket security.

Even the DIA "Code-link" system didn't use that style connector
