what flywheel for t5 and expo 302

I've looked.. What flywheel you guys use for. The fox body t5 and expo 302? Seen the ones for the f150 flywheel but not the t5. 164 or 157 tooth? Also since Im here..is the automatic block plate the same for the t5?

I used a billet steel flywheel from Ford Racing meant for the Mustang 5.0 with a manual trans.

Much different block separator plate.

Appreciate that.. Some said the block plate would work for both transmissions. .. But the one I have doesn't line up with the bellhousing. So..Ill order the right block plate

I used the one for a 1993 Cobra. A Ford Racing piece but can't remember the part number.
