I had this dream last night. I usually don't dream so remembering any dream is odd enough...this was unique in that it involved my BII and TRS.

In this dream I driving in a wooded area, pretty sure it was on a dirt road if not off road in my BII. Then for no reason the roof brakes off at the top of the windshield pillars and bends as one piece all the way back to the liftgate.

Sort of like a convertible, but it was like rigid. I stopped was able to push it right back down easy enough. Somewhere in this it seemed to turn white and look like the roof of a Toyota FJ (ugly). It weighed like nothing.

As I tried to drive some more it kept bouncing up and down and wanting to fly back and open.

And somehow from the woods (I don't use my phone for internet) I found an answer on TRS. Like I had already posted a question which I didn't but there was a responds "oh yes the holes around bolts at the top of the pillars wear and this is known to happen with BIIs and roof just comes off like that".

Ah so I take a look (still in dream) and sure enough I see that at each pillar the roof is held on by a single small screw. They were those black screws that hold down the interior panels. And that the holes around the screws had gotten big from wear to the point of being bigger than the screw heads so the roof could just pop off. I think "what a stupid design". Decide I will have to replace those with something better. But I am out in the woods. Somehow I magically had duct tape which let me secure it well enough.

And that is all I remember from the dream.

So is this a premonition that the roof of my BII going to fly off?

Or just shows that the answer can always be found on TRS?

Or maybe a warning to keep duct tape in my BII?

Or maybe I spend too much tie reading stuff on TRS?

I would think it means you have watched too many Red Green shows(duct tape part), and that you want to run "topless" in the woods.
So nothing too major there :)

Yup, likely a latent desire for some degree of woodland nudity. Nothing too off about that. Now, can someone help explain the one involving the orange marmalade, the rubber chicken and the weedeater? Keep having that one and the wife is concerne:icon_confused:d...

Probably means you're smoking too much crack!

lol Red Green shows, I never saw them, had to look it up, I see the connection !!!

Yes bmerr98, I would be concerned with that too...particularly the weed eater. lol

It's telling you that the time is near to do a top chop off of your BII.

Whatever you're smoking or drinking does not agree with you, try smoking or drinking something different.

I just read where Joseph interprets the dreams of the baker and the wine steward with mixed results and then the King's dream of the 7 fat cows and the 7 lean cows. The King's dream meant seven years of abundance and seven years of famine...

So, with that in mind, I'm not Joseph...but your dream actually showed up on my psychic radar as...you are confident with your abilities to fix things as they come up and you use TRS to help guide you on things that you have never done...it also represents a slight fear of being caught unprepared...

The hidden meaning is there are many ways to fix things but you need to keep an open mind about what works and what doesn't under the circumstances. Having it perfect all the way through is not always possible and a temp fix is all you can do.

Maybe a bit too concerned about your truck and need to lighten up a bit and accept that you have done your best and will react to the situations when needed...stop worrying~

At first I thought ok... duct tape, topless, in the woods.... and it sounded like a Bondage fetish meets Blair witch kinda thing....
But then I read Mark's 88 post and his sounds much better and more accurate!

you know, why would I want to chop the top? While I do think some of the chopped ones, particularly the ones that look like a little very short bed pickup are cool...I hate convertibles. I hate the noise, I hate the wind...call me weird. lol

Hmm...there was some wine involved....

And before bed I was thinking about Monday when I go to Texas I will end up having to drive that nasty Toyota FJ since someone else is already using the other truck....you know the FJ is like being in a cartoon vehicle everything bright solid enamel colors, over sized controls and like no rear visibility. Maybe why that is why the roof looked that way.

Very nice Mark. I do have to say the help from everyone here at TRS has built my confidence and willingness to try things. To get information, have a plan how I will do something and jump into it :icon_thumby:

lol....

I know someone who lost the entire roof of their full-size Bronco in the woods. He had just lifted it and put some big tires on and was flying down a back road and didn't think about the big chunk of rock that hung out over the roadway... instant convertible! Of course, that sudden conversion caused the wheel to be yanked to the left... where the hillside was.... He wasn't really hurt but the truck didn't handle things so well.

Your dream means don't drink, surf TRS and then sleep.
