My credo
If you can't go through it or around it, then go over it.

The mastercraft's kinda look like my dynopro MT's but Im liking the First one they kinda resemble the Irocks just not as agressive. My vote goes to the first one.

yeah I believe they are only $20 more a tire. I like em too but I also like the second ones. but I have never heard of either tire and don't know anything about them. I wonder if they are Chinese knock offs. If thats the case I won't buy them, I will just get a set of Yoko Geolanders (i know they aren't american made either but they are 1000 times better than any chinese knock offs)

I really like those Kumho directionals that CopyKat is running. Road Venture MT KL71.

Edit: I would put this tire on my DD for summer time, if I had a DD worthy of cool tires.

Editedit: Why do the Bajaclaws suck/hate? What do you use them for and how do they sucksobad?

i believe yokohamas are actually manufactured in america

I'd run them all, but be vary weary (sp?) of tires with all the same size lug. I had a set of cheap 31" Savarro MT's on my exploder sport that had ALL identical sized lugs and the stock radio didn't go loud enough between 30-80km to drown them out....

I only have 4000 miles on them and they are down to 50% tread. They are really loud. they are really squirly. no wet road traction what so ever. bumpy. no load rating. not that great in the mud/sand (haven't tried them in the snow).

might be great in a mud pit but won't work in the rocks or on a trail (I'm a trail rider)

they were expensive and not worth the price. I could buy 2 yoko geolanders for what 1 baja claw cost and get 10 times the life out of it.

I want an expedition/ off-road adventure wheeler, not a mud stomper. I bought them because they looked cool......... boy was I dumb.

Krawlers rock....They wear like steel, grip like f*ckin super glue and have 4 ply sidewalls, what more could you ask for other then they be cheaper? I can spin donuts on dry pavement with my buddies SSR's and I can barely get these things to spin goin around corners hard on the throttle (detroit locked). Only downside I've found so far is weight.....Buddies 39.5x15R15 TSL's on 10" steelie's weigh less then my Krawlers on 8" rims.

The Nokian 's are Finnish and are nobodies knockoff, the make one of the top 5 ice tires out there and there other tires are pretty good.

I have the AT version on my F-150, I love them. I got them at Orchelen's, a local farm store on a buy 3 get 1 free sale, they run it for the MT's as well. They are made by Peerless, a subsidiary of Firestone so they are not some far flung fly by night company. Half the trucks in my hometown have Widetrack tires of some sort, because they are good, cheap tires.

wow, not a bad price. how is the wear and road manners? I like the yoko geolanders so much I put a set on my minivan.

this is what they are going on. Those tires only have 4000 miles on them and look at how much tread driving it 8 miles a day eats up. I am not happy with those tires.

My AT's are very well behaved, handle whatever snow I throw at it and the little mud that it sees without a problem. The noise is pretty decent, I have heard louder AT's. A month after I got them I was retreiving deer in a blizzard with a foot of snow on the ground. The only time I spun out and couldn't go where I wanted to go was when I tried to back up a bank in the barnyard to turn around... otherwise everywhere else on the farm the truck went where I pointed it.

My uncle has the MT's and he likes them, I was going to get them for my Ranger until I found my used Dunlops.

the mastercrafts are made by cooper tire in america.they are great tires on the road and on the trail.my brother is finally wearing out his set of 33's after about 4 years of daily driving.they are one of the better cheap tires.
