New bed rack ahowed up just now..... unfortunately the box is all town up but the guy said they put everything in that they saw come out and taped it all back in. We will see. He said its innthe notes and if anything is missing, call customer service so they can take care of it.

I geuss we will see what us going in in thr box now. Its about 110 pounds so i have ti get my dolly

I forgot to say i had to change the 100 amp main breaker to the house this morning. That sucked because the screws that clamp the huge wires in place to the breaker were corroded solid so i had to carefully cut and strip them to put into the new breaker.

I only got zapped one time because my hand slid off the insulated part of the electrician pliers and hit the metal hinge with my thumb and the house breaker box with my pinky. That reiterated my hatred of electrical work and desite to never have to do it again.

The good thing about finally changing it is the putside ac unit doesn't sound like its dragging at start up anymore. It must be getting fuller power now that the corroded crappy looking one that made a grinding feeling when you had to flip it is out of there.

Yeah, i kind of figured that but it was at like 0700 so i figured the power company wouldnt answer the phone. This box needs to be replaced. The real main house nreaker was removed sometime prior ti my parents getring this place in 93 and they just ran those two big 110 lines to this 100amp breaker and stuck it at the top of the left set of breakers so if you just got this place and went looking for a way to turn off the house, you would have to pop the panel face off and follow the wires.

I have had to do that a bunch of times so i have written next to each fuse where it goes into the house. I was hoping this breaker issue would fix itself but it went feom popping only during bad storms to multiple times a day so it required attention.


At least its done and i hope to never have to open the breaker box again

Depends on the shed, I leveled my shed with a 3 ton floor jack since it was shorter and it's what I came up with at the time...
