What did YOU do today?

Went to check something on the tractor, its really damp right now in its tarped up kennel “shed” with the temps being so up & down with no sun I expect its going to be damp in there for some time. So I took my escape out of the garage & put the tractor under a better roof, let it run for a good 1/2 hour. Have the blade on the back so if it ever snows its ready to go.

A thought from something we used to do in the old days. Lay a tarp over it, and put some 2x4s or whatever around the edge of the tarp on the ground so it seals it up pretty good. Then put an old-fashioned incandescent bulb trouble light in there. You only need about a 25 or 40 W bulb. The heat from the bulb will keep the moisture away.

I have an ancient metal kitchen cabinet, the white porcelain ones, most of you guys probably have no idea what I’m talking about, but that’s where I keep my welding rods and a couple other things that would be moisture sensitive. I always have a lightbulb going 24/7 under the bottom shelf to keep them all dry. Works like a charm.

I didn't zoom in. It looks lile a muddy river flowing across there.

It looks like you have a moat around your yard. Has the neighborhood knight been trying to steal your mead? Is there a princess locked up in one of the towers?
Come on… tell the truth.

Let’s lay low and take it easy on the locked up princess in the tower talk, she’s here of her own volition

My brother came over and we tackled most of the drywall, I need to get another sheet to get done what I can but we still have 2 pieces to put up and some scraps that will cover most of 2 walls of the other room in the shop. We skipped a bunch of screws so I still have that to do probably after I get home from the inlaws Thursday. We did a decent job for the purpose of the room, some things could have been done better but it's not too bad. Need to stop by home depot tomorrow to get some quicker setting compound and some drywall screw bits that push the bit off when they're the right depth, I do have a screw gun, might go look at that thing...
