Since the previous customer assistants/representatives left, the service department hasn’t been the same. The fact that I was unable to stop in and talk directly to a person wasn’t possible didn’t help either I’m sure. They open well after I start work and close at the same time I get off work. Plus drill happening on Monday and this weekend killed any chance of that happening unless I took a day off.

We just warrenteed a battery on a 19 Ram yesterday.

Fixed a fuel leak on my truck today.

Jeeps have a second battery to handle something with the annoying auto stop/start feature. They're having trouble with those. And the darn thing is mounted under the main battery.

I shoveled some of the snow and ice off my green Ranger. Supposed to get a few warmer, nice days this week so I’m thinking of trying to see what I can do with getting back to work on it. Not sure it will be done before I end up back to work but any progress is, well, progress.

Well it wasn’t actually stuck, the transmission locked up because it’s stuck in 2 gears.
