What did you do to your Ranger today? (Part Deux!)

So the T5 broke..... I think I need straight cut gears or a stronger trans.....

It's like a transformer only its main attack causes lockjaw

Went from 225/70/14 tires and 14x6 Cragars.
To 275/60/15 tires. And 15x8 Cragars.

Arby’s. WE HAVE THE MEAT!

Took the intake off for the third time...at least im getting good at it. Got it down to about a 20 minutes. First time took about 2 hours...

My Ranger plans were once again ruined.

Get the shed cleaned up and got the wife all set up to stain the shed. That turned into.... Do you think you could rototill this area and plant me a butterfly garden?

So I'm back out to rototill.

Tomorrow is a new day...

put new bilsteins on the front of the Ranger today. This replaced the original 23 year old 192k mile shocks. Huge difference in handling, but believe it or not, the originals still had dampening ability in them.

9 year old son helped, actually removed a wheel by himself after i broke the lugs loose.

Let me also say that the heroes of this story are the propane torch and PB Blaster

Moved the 2019 out of the way in order to start taking down the car port for the summer. I'm tired of the @#$% being in my damn way. Not so big of an issue in the winter when I'm doing as little outside as possible but in the summer, I have stuff to dang it!

EDIT: Oh, and I finally got around to ordering the grease able leaf spring bolts for the 2011. I ordered all three. The 5/8" front bolts and the 9/16" upper and lower bolts for the rear shackle. Offroad Design had everything I needed.

Should you do something like, say, replace springs and bushings with HD and poly.....

Hd sway bars with disconnects for best of both worlds....

Give yer b.....

I'll go stand in the corner

probably wouldn't hurt it... but money...my tree that produces it gets picked by the wife and kid :p

......... Ordered a T5Z....... Maybe it will hold up better than the cobbled together turd.....

Well, I put in an order for new ucas and shocks. Waiting for Doetsch's casting place to open back up so I can get my spindles made.
Also I am sitting here in my garage staring at the truck debating ordering a chrome grill or not... hmmm
