What did you do to your Ranger today? (Part Deux!)

Bought fan clutch for the truck. Got home opened a beer and kept looking at the fan clutch to change itself. One of these days it will happen.

You have to stare at it while waving your left arm counterclockwise in front of you while tapping the top of your head with the other, all while pivoting and hopping on either foot.

And we need video proof.

Don't even think I could do that sober AND you want video evidence... Sheesh, time to start training the dog to use a video recorder again.

Drove the red one again and it did the same as yesterday. Vibration in the morning, nothing in the afternoon. Weird. I would say that it has something to do with temperature except it was warmer this morning than this afternoon here, so that throws that theory out. Guess I’m back to it’s messing with me

Cleaned personal belongings out of it. Going shopping for a new Ranger tomorrow. Wish me luck and decent trade-in value with over 200,000 miles.

Well went mudding today. Then used my ranger to pull the lawnmower out haha.

So I was all set to work on the truck. I pulled out the new fan clutch, started to prepare to do the fancy dance that @Rick W told me do. I looked at the fan clutch in the truck and thought no wonder it didn't change itself, they're not even the same... Overheating... 91 3.0l | The Ranger Station

Drove it! 40 miles over a few shorter trips. made a couple nice pulls close to 5000 rpm, i think ill get few more miles on it before i push it real hard (limiter currently set at 5600) staying cool, so far no leaks, good oil pressure, really need to patch old shifter hole in floor and charge ac. everyone should put a 347 in a ranger! or at least drive one!

Have you changed a tire lately? Water in a tire?

I put a roof-rack on my ranger today. (Originally off of an 2003 Xterra.)

Don't frowny face me! I let you out on work release to make pickles and now you're wandering around the internet!?!

@Bruisedfruit

I love the manual wind nylon winch!

Afterthought edit: Are you concerned that roof rack will hurt your aerodynamics and mileage?
