Making it jealous? A friend is buying another Jeep and I agreed to help him get it home. So I'll be driving this 2019 or 2020 Rubicon for a little while this morning. He's hopelessly hooked on Jeeps.

It was a nice drive. 4 door model on 37's. Firm ride, tight steering. Way different from a 28 yr old Ranger. I had good leg room. It felt very comfortable.Never drove one but I like the feel of the dash in them. Reminds me of my '85 how they are tucked up against the firewall... very rare to find a vehicle like that today.

That dashboard is ugly as hell... I would hate to have to look at that everyday.
No... it probably wouldn’t look as bad without the red.The one i looked at didnt have the red, i didnt think it looked too bad.
That is an ugly dash IMO.Making it jealous? A friend is buying another Jeep and I agreed to help him get it home. So I'll be driving this 2019 or 2020 Rubicon for a little while this morning. He's hopelessly hooked on Jeeps.

That dash looks more complex than a jet plane, looks like the big BMW dashes back in the 90s with a hundred buttons and controls. So here’s the question/observation: you want the jeep to be tough and climb the mountains, charge through nature, but you also want to be James Bond with the Lotus Elise that also goes underwater or flies. Like Thunderball, he arrives underwater in a wetsuit, and strips it off and he’s in a tux with a summer evening jacket. Unbelievable, living a fantasy, confused & nothing really works for what you want. My Lincoln, luxury car. My trucks, workhorses. Reality, focus.
