I recently purchased a 1984 Bronco II and it starts up and goes down the road fairly well. It is in stock form as far as I can tell. It does idle rough and so I have been doing my research. My conclusion is that it should be switch to a duraspark setup. I have found that I can get all the ignition parts but I am unsure of what carb I should put on it. Having a good mechanical aptitude I would like to save myself some money a get a used carb and rebuild it. I am new to hawaii I don't really know of any junk yards so I'm looking to ebay.
I'm wondering if in my searching for a 2150 carb if there are any part numbers I should be looking for, I do know that the carb will have to be for a standard shift vehicle and a Venturi size of 1.08.
Any help would be very appreciated.
