im thinking if i can get the money doing a sas on my 94 2wd, i was curious whats the best axle to put up front, im not oppose to going with the stock ttb set up but i figured if im gonna make a 4wd why not go the whole 9. ive heard that cherokee axles are the right length but im looking for some pointers.

With converting a 2wd over to a 4wd..it's going to be costly and alot of work and time.

You will have to get the transfer case and all of the components.

DANA 44 will be good and a 9 inch rear...

Lots of welding and fabrication will be needed.

OR

Find an old Jeep Cj (70s)..they will have about the right length of straight axle for a ranger.
