Yup... and generally you make them with scrap metal and a shitty stick welder.
Or you can buy them from... hell I dunno. Google for that. I think the one you like (on fx4wannabe40ew8t9q8t7's truck) is actually built for a fullsize truck and was cut down... But I don't remember if that's a fact or not.
