Can anyone tell me what these are?

The first picture i want to know what that thing attached to the carb is.

The second picture i want to know what this danling plug goes to. (its a three prong with two pinks and a blue wire)

The third picture is of two different plugs that i don't know what are or where they go.

The last picture is of just two things that i would like to know what they are.

Any help on these would be appreciated. Thanks

The first pic looks to be the mixture control solenoid (back of carburetor); RockAuto: MOTORCRAFT Part # CM4041 {#E3TE9E973AA}

Not sure what the connectors are, but on the third pic I'd wager one of the two connect cabin ac/heat controls to the heater and blower motor.

That is called the feedback solenoid on the carb what it does is control air bleed to the jets in the carb it will run rich when no power is applied to the solenoid. The computer provides a pulse voltage to it according to input from the oxygen senser. As far as the connectors if it aint plugged in dont worry about it. If something aint working then you need to dig a little further. Are you gonna be running with that carb? Pull the solenoid on the back and heat up a paperclip and burn a hole in the diaphram then put some #42 jets in the bottom of the float bowl. It takes a large screwdriver to pull the jets they can be in pretty tight. When you get the new jets use a screwdriver that fits the groove tight to pull the jets and get the new ones good and tite. You are putting in the duraspark ignition correct? When adjusting the idle air needles turn them in clockwise to lightly seated and then back out 3 1/2 turns. Using a vacuum guage or tach adjust for the highest lean rpm or vacuum pressure meaning the rpm or vacuum pressure only drops when you turn it in.

Ok i will pull the AC/heat control panel and check. It looked all good the last time i had it out but i will pull it again and double check. I might use this carb for right now till i decide on what to do next. I am doing the duraspark conv.

Also another question. Do i need the tps sensor in the first picture or can i remove and plug it up?

Picture 1 (as other have said) feedback control solenoid.

Picture 2, plug is not used on an 85 2.8.

Picture 3--where am I looking? Is this looking up under the driver's side dash?

Picture 4, object on the left is the buzzer for when the key is in the ignition and the doorbell is open, or the seat belt is open. The object on the right is the emissions warning light indicator. If you look underneath there should be a hold with a reset button.

I'm not sure why you'd remote the throttle position sensor, it isn't going to do anything for you with this setup, but you're already missing one screw. Are you missing the entire choke assembly? It looks like someone has disconnected and capped every vacuum connection, with the exception of the canister purge solenoid--I wonder where that is routed.

Do you know what the plug was used for in picture 2?
Picture 3 is the drivers side looking down from the dash at the clutch and parking brake area.
I have the choke assembly i just had it off cleaning it up. If i keep this carb i will switch to a manual choke anyways.
I have the other screw for the tps i just had it out at the time.
And yes they are all pluged, except one which i haven't got around to yet. I removed the char. canister anyways so its not routed anywhere.

On the EGR spacer pointing back straight to the firewall is where the vacuum for the charcoal cannister. You can barely see it below the feedback solenoid it went to the vapor purge solenoid for the charcoal cannister and float bowl vent system. Make sure the nipple on the back of the EGR spacer is plugged also if not using it.

Another thing to be aware of is the mount for the choke with two holes one of those holes is also a direct vacuum leak or at least it is on the 2150 non feedback carb. Make sure and mount the choke housing with the gasket of fill the hole with RTV will work also.
