What are some easy mods to do???

I was wondering what are some easy mods to do to my 03 ranger. Right now it is stock. I want to do rims. I did find some Dick Cepeck rims on cl for 550. says they are brand new, but they sell for 125 each on the net. I offered him 400 dont know if he will take them. But besides what are some easy things to do to make it look a little better. Was thinking about do ing a little lift but just dont know what i want to do. I was thinking cold air intake. I want to try to get better mpgs. Maybe some new lighting. I dont want to drive just a stock ranger.

Well, you did not say 2wd or 4x4. Rims must have the correct bakspacing our you can damage your suspension parts. Make sure they fit your truck. Check the part number on the box and look at Dick Cepeck's website or call them to verify you can use them. Don't try to save money by buying something new without a warranty. Buy them new and get a warranty....Just smart advice. Once you start modifing a ride gas mileage is can get tossed out the window...larger tires (wider or taller) causes a decrease and then you have to re-gear (in most cases if you change from 29 inch tall tires to 33 or 35 inch tall tires.) A small increase in higth and width won't cause any issues to re-gear.

I just ordered new headlights, and grill. Figured id start there, I was thinking about a new bumper too.

Fritz... Took your advice, ordered a new set of glow plugs, cant wait till they get here. really looking for that 5hp gain. I hope with high test gas i might be able to get 7hp. Maybe you should stick to diesel fourms if you are going to give those kinds of suggestions.
