Well... what else do you do when the Easter Bunny brings you close to 2 dozen hard boiled eggs?

I also made egg salad and had that for lunch.

Making a turkey breast and fixings for dinner tonight.

Probably done with turkey dinners until Thanksgiving.

Sad... cause it's one of my favorites.

Thanksgiving dinner is my favorite. I’ve said it a lot over the years, forget this Black Friday crap. I want 4 days of feasting on Thanksgiving dinner.

Well... I have a spare room. But its reserved for my mother. She would likely put up a fight for it. She says she only comes for the grandkids... and my cooking. She doesn't fight fair either... frying pan... ash shovel... whatever is near. She can also hit you with a shoe when I was at a full run at about 20 feet.

I followed it up with strawberry shortcake cheesecake.

Pork shoulder sliders on pretzel buns. Homemade Cole slaw with apples and jalapeño.

Added eggs and cheese after the pic but made a big ol mess of a breakfast scramble. Plus a couple mozzarella sticks for a grill snack
