I quit drinking about 15 years ago. Every once in awhile I miss the specialty beers. I like the reds and the darks, stout is good. But I dont miss the binging and do miss all the money I spent.

We had Bison tacos last night, turned out pretty decent. Still got a pack of Elk and a pack of Wild Boar in the freezer. Got a pack of each out at the GFs too.

I asked the wife what she wanted for dinner on Mother's day. To my surprise... she said BBQ Ribs. I said who are you and where is my wife.

I fried leftover mango oatmeal in butter. Tasted pretty good. Butter can make almost anything taste good....

I’m making my Shepherd’s Pie for dinner tonight. Except I’m using Elk for the meat. Probably put some sour cream and chives baby red potatoes on top and cover it in cheese

Oh man... I'm getting more use to daily life without meat. It really isn't that bad. But thank you lord for the baby back ribs. I also made some potato salad and doctored up some Bush's baked beans. I ate 4 ribs before even making a plate.

Momma also wanted brownie sundaes again...
