We don't eat beef that often... but patty melts last night and Hamburgers and Mushroom Gravy with Mashed Potatoes and Corn tonight....

Tonight was Hamburger Helper Cheeseburger Macaroni which the wife makes with double the amount of meat and a can of sliced mushrooms that she asked me to pick up on the way home from work. I'm a REAL good cook, gourmet even, but the wife has been working from home for the last four weeks so it beats me having to cook and I'll take what I can get. Before we met, she lived on 1) Hamburger Helper, 2) microwave popcorn, or 3) Domino's Pizza.
