My wife likes chicken and noodles. I like chicken and dumplings... I've been combining the two for years.

Bacon chopped up, potatoes chopped up, onions chopped up, celery chopped up, red sweet pepper chopped up, and corn not chopped up...lol. All cooked together in a fry pan. It's pretty good.

Wtf... I can't seem to upload a picture. The forum takes me to another page to select a picture but doesn't tell me how to attach it. I have a new phone but that shouldn't change the way I upload pics, should it?
PS: I hate my new phone, samsung a03s, it's crap. Already bought a replacement...

I wouldn’t call myself a chef. But I do enjoy cooking and trying different recipes out.

So let’s get this going. Post a picture of something new you tried to cook. And how it came out. I’ll get this started.

Made general tso chicken from scratch. I followed a recipe from one of my favorite YouTube channel “binging with babish” and it came out delicious. Super easy to make too. Add some steamed broccoli. And some white rice. And I’m eating good tonite.

Looks like brown rice to me. White rice is like a show truck where nothing ever goes into the bed.

I made some salmon patties and homemade Mac and cheese tonight.

Few nights ago, I made seafood Mac and cheese. Started with a roux. Then I add franks hot sauce. Cheddar. Mozzarella. And pepper jack. Then added fresh crab meat that I sautéed in butter and old bay. Seasoned and let it simmer. Came out absolutely delicious

basically penne pasta. I like how the cheese and crab fills the inside of the noodle. Gives you a better bite IMO

This is some stuff I found at Hannaford or something.. no tomatoes or anything like that.. mostly bacon, mole asses, sugar and spices. Put it on a burger.. but relatively sure I'd be happy just eating a bowl of the stuff by itself lol.

Life changer. Where the hell has bacon jam been my whole life!?
