Well it looks like Lizzy (the truck) will no longer be my daily driver :sad:, instead I'll get to drive an 1984ish Gs 450 (my dads lol) so I'm going from 15 mpg to like 40 mpg :yahoo:
When I start tearing into her I'll post pics of the tear down, new go fast goodies, and the rebuild.

Hmm... Sohc 4.0 pistons :D
 
Well, so far I still need to get a day off so I can pull the valve cover and check the rockers, and pushrods also I kinda forgot that I need to get my motorcycle license before I can drive the bike :icon_twisted: kinda forgot about that detail, glad the cop let me go with a warning though :yahoo:
so Lizzy is back on the road again, getting 15ish
also is there a way to temporarily swap in a good 90-94 4.0 from an explorer into a 95 4.0? I figured I would ask in case somebody knew a way to rig up the motor mounts, that way i could rebuild the 4.0 the way I want to.
