Swap time for me from the day I started till I was driving daily was 3 weeks. time I spent gathering everything took me nine or so months.
The trick is having everything ready to drop in and all of your wiring diagrams sorted for each thing ready plus have extra stuff at hand, such as steel, welder, etc... so that you arent walking into it all totally blind.
I only drilled six holes for my swap and that was for the hood pin holes on my hood and four to hold the rad in place. As for cutting, alot to my floor board due to transmission choice and wanting to take the shifting cover off from the inside of the truck and not having to drop the trans to do that.
Is my swap the best looking, far from it, do I have plans to make it look better and put out more power in the future, yes. I did enough it get it running and driving and give it room to "grow".
Looks like (and I always see pictures of his)is out wheeling and having fun in it.
Build it, break it, rebuild it stronger.
