I'd like to welcome our newest Moderators:

@ericbphoto
@sgtsandman
@Shran
@snoranger
@Uncle Gump

The response to the request for more moderators was great. I had only planned on appointing two or three, and finally narrowed it down to these five with the help of the forum staff.

Thanks to everyone that expressed an interest!

A very distinguished group there Jim, congratulations to you all :)

Now your name makes sense! "Dirt"man

Distinguished? You have to be referring to the other fellas... I'm just Uncle Gump.

I can also confirm there is no 401k match... profit sharing... or pension. Not even an early retirement program. I think we all volunteered because we love these trucks... and we love this site. Having one or two of these trucks in my driveway since 1988... they're just in my DNA now.

I will admit the 2019 Ranger... at first was a bit of a let down for me personally. But they're growing on me. Also... things are going to be moving fast in Rangerland. I hope to help Jim and the rest of the staff capture what is coming sooner then we think with the next Gen Ranger.

Lastly... I'm humbled. I will do my best to promote, protect and preserve everything that Jim has worked a good portion of his life to create. Also try to help TRS move forward... I believe a bunch of us Ranger fans have lots to look forward too... really soon.

Could not have said it better.

I think it's important to stay committed to keeping internet forums online, active and relevant and in the age of Facebook, that is difficult. I took a short hiatus from most of the forums I'm on when FB Groups became a thing but it was obvious pretty early on that sites like TRS had a wealth of information not available anywhere else.

Welcome guys! I think you are a great addition to the boards insanity, er leadership :)

Don't forget two weeks unpaid vacation! and for some tips, Meijer has the best price on generic advil, and never bang your head against the desk when your phone is on it. breaks the phone and people look at you funny with the phone shaped scar on your forehead.

and for your Lastly point, I believe that is exactly why you all where chosen :)

I’d like to thank everyone who voted for me...
TRS is a place that I’ve always been quick to mention to other Ranger owners. It’s a place where everyone tries to help each other out. We don’t bash each other or their truck. I’ve been here for what seems like forever and there has always been a feeling of family here. I’m just here to do my part in keeping that feeling of the TRS family alive.

Great choices Jim, much more mature than I would be as a choice... :icon_twisted: I've done this type of thing before and like just hanging and joking/helping than having that weight on my the shoulders to keep things in line and a feeling of obligation to get on and clean.

Congrats people for your appointment into the hell of or jokes. :popcorn:

A more disreputable group I have never seen, congratulation guys
