currently it's 62 here in Toledo, 300 miles to the north they're getting heavy snow.
with travel restrictions now in place I doubt I'll see 'Da Yoo-Pee any time this season.
bummer, I could use a pastie about now.

Cold front came in last night and everything was froze up this morning.

dense fog in the dark is the worst, especially right at the center. any direction you look fades to nothing 50' out.

The crossing that I remember the most - it was windy/raining and they had stopped all the truck traffic, but they decided Ranger & U-haul was OK. About 1/3 way across, the wife had decided we would go through Chicago next time.
