The truck when I first bought it would "Talk" to you at idle, with a few chirps/squeals at idle and riding around. I pulled the tensioner off, it has plenty of strength, and the idler pulley. Both pulleys were bad, so I replaced them. I put the same belt back on, as it was in good shape, not cracked or anything. After that didn't hardly even make any noise, except if you get onto the on ramp going onto the interestate, it progressively starts to make noise, and when your riding down the interstate, it just squeals lightly, constantly. Once your off, it doesn't stop. Pretty freaking annoying. Seems to be extremely conditional, not like the typical belt problem that it just squeals all the time, or not at all. Any suggestions?

I am not sure of the 95 engine. but on my 92 there is the tensioner idler and a second idler down farther that also likes to get dry bearings and squeal.

I greased up both and the squeal went away. Of course I fixed one first without knowing about the other. and had to go back and find it.
