Today on the ride home, I noticed a weird squeak. When I finally got home, I looked at the truck and found out that I can shake (very vigorously) the truck and make the noise, but the noise almost sounds like it is coming from near the radiator.
What could this be?

Have someone shake it and look at the body mounts on the radiator support.one could be broken or rotted.

Other than that, I'd get under it with a pry bar and try to single out a bushing.

One of my sway bar bushings are shot, I know that. Could that be causing a noise from a chain reaction?

The easiest way to replicate the sound is if I slam on the brakes going around 5 mph to 0. When the truck bounces back up, it squeaks.

It sure could be it! replace the bushings or, if you would rather check them 1st, spray them will silicone spray. If they're squeaking from wear, the silicone might silence it for a little while. If that's it, you should replace them.

I sprayed them with wd40, but I didn't drench them, just a light coat. I don't think it would have penetrated anything.

Also, how hard should the rubber be for the bushing on the sway bar?

Update: As of now, I can get the noise to happen when I push the hooks on the front of the ranger up and down.
I ave bought new sway bar links, and new shocks. Once I get everything apart, I will be buying the frame bushings, because I don't know what size it is.

My vote is the frame bar bushings. My 05 Sport trac was bad for that...I would have to remove them and clean and regrease them with some silicone grease.

The bushings that mount the sway bar to the frame

Well, it ended up being the body mount. The driver's side, radiator core support.
Once the body mount bolt was cut, the mounting point on the core support came right out.
