So every morning when I start up and immediately take off, my truck makes a noise like the brakes are slightly depressed, and I notice my engine doesn't seem to move my truck very good. Does it only once, and only in the morning, I figured either my clutch is still grabbing and sticking to the flywheel, or my brakes are sticking and when I start moving after they've sat all night then they stop binding (or my clutch frees up).

It's not really a big concern, since it only does it once but I'm curious about why it's doing it.

Do you use the E-brake when parked?
Could be rusty cable isn't releasing.

So from your description, "I figured either my clutch is still grabbing..." the vehicle slows/drags, only when clutch pedal is down all the way???

Hydraulic brakes should have 0 pressure if foot is off the pedal, so no way for them to set themselves by sitting overnight.
Could be vacuum booster's atmosphere valve is leaking, so on start up you get some pedal pressure, but I assume your foot is on the brake pedal when starting?

Or you could have a sticking caliper or rear slave, but these tend to drag all the time after using the brakes

In the morning after driving about ten minutes pull into a parking lot and put you hand on all of the wheels they should be all around the same temp. If one or more are hotter than the others you want to check the brakes and possibly wheel bearings. If it dont feel right it aint! Maybe get under it and feel the housing/s at the pinion bearings. More than likely it it a sticky caliper or wheel cylinder. You should be able to smell the burning shoes or pads if that is the case after driving a bit, or if the wheels are getting hot around the lug nuts. Do not put your fingers on the rotors or drums if you suspect they are getting hot not that I have done that before:-)
