On my way to work this morning , doin 60 , right near one of the back enterances to the campground a seagull was on the side of the road and decided to fly in front of my truck

here is the aftermath

knocked the tranny cooler out of the bracket

actually bent the core support

feather behind the headlight

104_1633.jpg

found a chunk of the grille behind the cooler

that d&^% bird took the other part

so , now i am considering my options , stay stock or go aftermarket

its a mall crawler to put it simply , getting a lift for it , and some other offroad goodies , gonna do trail rides from time to time , but mainly just my dd commuter truck

well unless it was a street truck i dont feel the greatest on a billet, but its all up to you

this is what i mean by billet , this was my 96 4x4

ok i was getting the wrong idea, i like that grill, i would go for one of those.

and BTW what did the gull look like? haha

idk , the weird part was i didnt see it fall ont the road after i hit it and i didnt see it on the side of the road on my drive home , i thought it was stuck under my truck , but it aint there either , its really weird

maybe he was a REALLY tough bird and made through it? haha

i highly doubt it , though it is possible , but there was a decent chunk of my grille missing , but i looked up a billet one and it is way too expensive , gonna put a stock one in

well actually i just got a stock one off a 98 for 10 bucks , gonna go out and take a pic now
